Banstead Borough Council. The Council pay for the staff and external maintenance. The WCA pay all the other expenses, including the salary of a part-time administrative assistant.
The Woodhatch 50+ Club runs in the Centre from 09:30 to 4, five days a week. The Club offers a wide range of activities for retired people.
Rooms in the centre are available for letting, from 9 to 10:30 p.m., seven days a week. We make about 1500 lettings a year.
The Woodhatch Centre has been awarded a Charter Mark by the Cabinet Office three times. This award  recognises our emphasis on quality and customer care.
The WCA also acts as a ‘host’ to the Woodhatch Park Project, which has constructed a park on land bordered by Brandsland and Woodhatch and Dovers Green Roads.

The WCA now runs the Woodhatch Centre in partnership with Reigate &
